Join us on Wednesday 15th November, 2017 for a 5k/10k in Sligo town at 8pm.

Your €25 donation will play a big part in helping the Mark Pollock Trust to reach its €500,000 fundraising aim this year to fast-track a cure for paralysis, which will change the lives of millions of paralysed people around the world.

There are a limited number of places available so make sure to sign up early so you don't miss out!

This year’s pop-up run will be championed by Naomi Fearon.

The 5km route starts from Sligo University Hospital main entrance, around the mall, out through Wine St then Knappagh Road and out to Strandhill. There will be a marker at the 5k for those who wish to finish there, the rest will continue out to Strandhill to complete the 10k run.
The finish line takes you to Strandhill beach.
The route will have signs and ushers to guide you along the scenic route.
After the race has finished all runners are encouraged to reunite in The Strand bar to raise a glass to Mark Pollock and the Mark Pollock Trust efforts to fast-track a cure for paralysis.

A group photo will be taken with all participants in advance of the run.

Registration will close at 6pm sharp on Tuesday 14th November.
