As darkness sweeps around the globe in mid-November, 25,000 people in 50 cities worldwide will get up from their armchairs, slip on their red flashing armbands and pull on their running shoes to complete a 5k or 10k.

Together, from Sydney to San Francisco, this global movement will light up the night as they Run in the Dark to cure paralysis in our lifetime by raising money for Collaborative Cures.

Run in the Dark pop-up events are informal fun runs organised by volunteers. Chip timing is not in operation for pop-up events.

This year, for the first time, you can get an official time at Run in the Dark in Luxembourg by timing your run on the Run in the Dark app.

Your Run in the Dark entry includes:

  • Each entry includes a flashing armband to light up the night as you run.
  • Track your time on the Run in the Dark app to join our global leaderboard with 25,000 other participants.

Receive your medal at the finish line and download your digital certificate to mark your achievement!
